What a bad misunderstanding. I wonder why he was so quick to fire and let off that many rounds? I hope the guy is ok, it was only a seat belt violation. Officers like these need to be benched and evaluated. But still I dont know why there was the extreme caution involved. So any video could leave out facts? Let him get it himself. Not worth dying over. What they dont teach in driving school is to communicate with the officer before moving and move very slowly with hands visible.
