What a bad season for our beloved New Orleans Saints. The worst part for me was the lack of fire and fight that was shown, when there was so much yet to play for. It had never been like that previously in the Payton/Brees era. Perhaps the loss of veteran leadership really impacted this team in ways that were not readily apparent. Finding the right mix of people, in any business, is critical. It is not always the most talented, but the best fit, that helps the team succeed. Anyway, onward and upward. Fortunes in the NFL can change overnight. Hopeful for a great draft and a great upcoming season. Saints Lifer 67!
