What a beautiful day! 6 weeks ago I tore a few muscle fibers in my high hamstring! Struggling get back into running (jogging ) mode. Today I couldnt talk myself into running so decided to do a quick 24 min interval training. I love using different pieces of equipment but not necessary. Today I used training ropes, jump rope, perfect style push-ups, extreme med ball and the TRX Rip Core. Its easier not to workout, but then you miss out on so many benefits. When life gets crazy you need to still make your workouts a priority. ;). #noexcuses
