Compliance with AICC Corporate Governance, Policy and Procedures 2. Operating within the Sales & Distribution Channels policies and procedures of the AICC and Complying with SAMA regulation. 3. Attending an passing annually of SAMA Market Ethics & Code of Conduct 4. Attend and pass SAMA INSURANCE BASICS exam 5. Full and professional implementation of the Sales Cycle 6. Insure that sales targets are exceeded 7. Insure the full and prompt collections of all due premiums are exercised by you. 8. Maintain fair balance of production among all lines of business offered within AICC 9. Maintain excellent follow up on all your clients servicing needs 10. Ensure successful delivery of approved promises made, quoted for and agreed upon 11. Follow the customer’s request with Customer Service Officer. 12. Maintain a full technical knowledge of AICC products, services and procedures. 13. Review and report on all business related activities as required by your Unit Manager 14. Carry out scheduled reviews and client servicing as required by your Unit Manager 15. Maintain records data on customers and complete the relevant formalities and processing tasks. 16. Perform other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.
