What a beautiful morning we are all blessed with. I woke up with the pain from my donor site (the place where they took my skin from to cover my knee) it feels like pins. I lean to the side and I feel every little poke from those staples. Im getting blood thinner injections 3 times a day so my belly feels like a pin cushion BUT.......God is still so so good! Im not complaining, in fact Im so very blessed. I lay here and I hear God so much clearer. When the pain tries to get me down I push through by saying out loud my Saviors name. He gets me through. He promised He would and He has and will continue to. Its not to many more days of bedrest and I will be working with physical therapy to reach a goal to be able to go home. I havent bent my right knee normally with full range of motion since October 10th. Im praying that with the graft I am able to do more than when I got admitted Tuesday will be 14 days of being away from home. I cant wait to get home. I WILL be home intime to see my babies in their costumes.
