What a busy week we have had! After spending a fantastic week in Florida with mommys family we are home, and settled back into our routine of doctors appointments and services. Pt, ot, and speech are all going great, with Maiya making awesome progress in each. Maiya is doing so well in fact that her orthopedic at URMC has dropped her to an as needed basis!! We will continue to check in (for research purposes) but unless something develops we no longer have to go for follow up visits! Words cant describe how happy we are with this decision, and with our baby girls progress. In other news, Maiya has become quite the little monkey, climbing on and off, up and down, everything. She is running now, and learning to jump, which is a lot harder than one would think, especially when youre so little.. Speaking of little, peanut had hour a growth spurt, gaining an inch and close to a pound in a month. Maiya now stands 29 inches tall, and weighs 18lbs 13 oz.
