What a day. Seller appointment at a great house in Detroit that weve agreed to terms on... Lunch with a super smart investor that is always fun to catch up with in Jesse Boyd.... A closing where I got paid because I recorded a cloud on title to protect my contract. Thats a great story too.. Watch for an episode of #313CashDealsTV Then to another seller appointment on another Detroit house. Agreed to terms... No contracts.. So off to FedEx office to print several, and back to the house to sign it!! Now off to Whole Foods for some groceries and back home. Long day! Left at 8:30 this morning.
