What a difference a year makes! This weekend last year the weather was appalling and 21 amazing friends and family were cycling from Lands End to the White Horse pub (via Yeovil Rugby Club) to raise funds for CLIC Sargent. This amazing band of friends raised over £11,000 from the bike ride. Add this to the money raised by many other very generous and amazing friends the grand total raised under the banner of Team Max was in excess of £21,000!!!! This gobsmacking total was unbelievable as we set out to raise £4,000! Thank you to everyone who has supported us as a family since Maxs diagnosis and for supporting CLIC Sargent. The memories of the cycle challenge and support of so many wonderful people will stay with me for life :-) Whos up for another cycle challenge next year?
