What a god awful shit day its turned out to be... Leo my beautiful Saluki died this morning... I went shopping in the nearest town and all the pack were fine. All grabbed their lets keep quiet guys chew stick bribes and when I left they were all fine. Got back 90 minutes later to find Leo dead on the floor in the living room. No sign of injury, no sign of any chewed cables... I keep them all stowed away safely out of the way he was well past that chewing stage anyway. I can only assume it was an age related heart attack or a stroke...He was twelve years old... Anyway hes now at the bridge with his good lifelong mate Izzy who passed away in May leaving me with another hole burned deep in my heart. Rest in peace big fella.
