What a great day at the Flying Point run! Raining set up and blue skies peeking through by race start with a total sunny finish! Very sweet seeing so many neighbors and friends there plus the new Southampton School District superintendent there to spectate, the East Quogue Elementary School principal running the race, teachers from Southampton Schools, Mayor Mark Epley running, Joseph P Carrello Jr in charge of vehicular placement, Carol Covell volunteering and running, Michael Ferran keeping things running smoothly, and the amazing Harry Wareing and Jamie from WEHM. Harry ran the race and kept the tunes going. We were thrilled to see so many kids running the race. Thank you to all volunteers, runners, walkers, sponsors and those who made online pledges to participants. Race results will be posted soon. Photos too!
