What a great day yesterday was, Patriots had a nice win, and there were many good games to watch. I was able to stay off of oxygen yesterday for 5 or 6 hours and while resting maintained a nice fair O2 level. So I firgured Im going to go to bed and not use oxygen and I slept well, awoke feeling rested and have maintained a nice O2 level while resting without oxygen this morning. Beth keeps telling me to take it slow as Im feeling somewhat excited as starting to use this oxygen as needed instead of all the time. Im feeling like the illness came upon with such force maybe just to let me realize what smoking was doing to this guy living with lung disease (COPD). Not smoking for this 2 weeks of being sick, I can feel a change, and it feels good! No more ranting about being sick and on oxygen, its all about the mend now. Peace and Love :)
