What a load. Why make this a top 100 if youre just gonna pad the list out with a bunch of indie and college rock that no one (even in 94) has ever heard of. There is maybe a half dozen in the bottom 50 that should even be on this list, and the list doesnt really start to gain credibility until the low forties. Even then, the top 25 has a few that dont belong (#7 especially). They title the article as 100 Best Alternative Rock Songs of 1994, but then limit the list to one song per artist. Awful, awful, awful. Either make it a top 50, or allow more than one from each artist. 1994 was one of the best years for music (I know, I lived it), but you wouldnt know it from this list.
