What a night, what a night, WHAT A NIGHT!! We at First State Community Action Agency are humbled and thankful for the outpouring of love and support shown at last nights Annual Dinner & Recognition Ceremony. Thank you to everyone--> our families and our friends--> who attended, sponsored, and showed their support of First State. We had a blast celebrating 48 years!!!! Congratulations to our 2013 honorees: Mr. John Hollis (Stanford L. Bratton Award), The Rehoboth Art League (Community Partner Award), Ms. Monique Milbourne (Personal Achievement Award), and Jaime Sayler (Employee of the Year).
