What a super duper Birthday party last night. We celebrated four days early, however, it was a superb evening. Fourteen of my close local friends came and we had a fantastic evening of fun and laughter. The food was wonderful and Gerri made a wonderful Chicken Curry with a super Basmati Rice. Phyllis made the most delicious Lemon Birthday cake and scrumptious brownies! We had Deviled Eggs, Creamed Cheese with smoked salmon, Brie, Stilton, Creamed Cheesy Onion Potatoes, Onion Dip and a salad to die for. I think we consumed about fifteen bottles of wine, and the weather was wonderful so we all piled onto the patio. I got some wonderful gifts and really had a fun evening, thank you everyone for coming and making it a super evening. My tummy is still aching from all of the laughter. And we remembered to put our clocks back, well, at least I did, LOL!
