What a way to start the morning! Began Day 1 of my new workout regiment and off to a good start. Took my daily Detox and Metabolyze on a empty stomach when I woke up. 30 to 45 minutes later, had a egg white omelet with baby kale/greens and my smoothie made with greek yogurt, Almond/Coconut Milk, fresh banana, and the Weight Loss Protein. All I can is YUM! Time to hit the gym this afternoon and put in work!
