What a wonderful day!!! I would like to first thank God for allowing today to happen & smoothly. I feel that Tevins attorney indeed presented a GREAT argument for motion for new trial. Throughout the entirety of todays hearing, vital discrepancies & inconsistencies on behalf of the prosecution were strongly evident & apparent. And from my very own observation, I can declare that Tevin Elliott neither did NOT receive a fair trial, nor did he have effective counsel. From my observation today, Im further say that Tevin was railroaded & treated unfairly & un-judicial from the very moment this case started & that girl walked into the police department because from that very moment- they started hiding, covering, withholding, ignoring, overlooking & disregarding VITAL crucial evidence, evidence that perhaps if disclosed, could have well proved his innocence. I just want all Tevins supporters to know- the fight doesnt end here, keep the faith, keep praying & continue supporting. PRAYER IS THE KEY BUT FAITH OPENS THE DOOR 👫👪💕💯 #THANK_YOU_FOR_SUPPORTING
