What a wonderful dinner here in Germany.. Went to a dinner tonight at the Nothel Restaurant in Dusseldorf Lurric. Chef Peter Nothel prepared a Foi gras terrine with pickled Figs and I had the Beef (sauerbraten ) that he prepared for the Queen when she visited Germany. The meal was parred with some fantastic german wines... the whole meal was pure perfection... Thank you Chef Peter..... Paris Monday Morning
