What amazes me about this understanding it is inside the Star Lodge teachings and in the symbols in and around the Pueblo peoples - and also within the stories of the Arctic Nations. It changes everything about our world view. consider this...the Sun is moving over 70,000km/hr through space and all us itty-bitty planets are along for the ride. In Qi Gong there is an advanced exercise that slows your heart rate way down as you move in a slow counterclockwise rotation, breath and movement - in this stage when this is done at night or early early twilight - you can see the earth turning in space. When you are above the Arctic Circle and do this ...you have to be careful you do not just step right off the planet and you can feel the earth tuning and since there is no horizon around you at the north pole...it literally looks like you are looking out the front window of the Starship Enterprise. - consider when you get dizzy or have taking to much air or other things - the dizzy spell is called the whirlies...WHY!
