What an Experience on the beach this morning Im so glad I did not cancel. God did such an awesome thing for me this morning, as the waves rolled and the water beat upon the bricks, some birds flew over the water, some walking on the sand but it was something to see early in the morning as the sun rays came through the cloud it was just amazing. I begin to talk to God he talked back to me I felt the very presence of God come upon me and as the tears begin to flow it formed a release and it was just amazing. I did some stretching and prepare for additional walking on the boardwalk. After the experience/ Stretching I took a brisk walk up on the boardwalk all the way down to Ceasars casino and then headed over to Taj Mahal. Finally out to Somers Point For my meeting. what an amazing day already its beautiful get out there and enjoy some of this day Im so proud of myself... I give myself a Hi- Five.
