What an amazing day we had yesterday, both Nigel and me were so touched by just how many people turned up to help us celebrate our wedding yesterday. We are both touched by the lovely comments, messages and cards of well wishes for us both. Both of us always have had the idea to get married one day from very early on in our 11.5 years together but we never ever thought that we would be able to, friends suggested that perhaps we go abroad and do it..... and then the laws changed and how wonderful is that? that we are just normal people who are now amongst a massive community that are now able to show their love to the world and declare our wedding vows to each other. yesterday we felt very honored to be able to do this. I so excited ive even got a lovely new name and kept mine as well so its now Mr Mattless-Smith :) There are sooo many friends and family to thanks for yesterday and even more on here we will do our absolute best to thank everyone that helped to make yesterday amazing in one way or another, but there are a few we want to make publicly known who without their help and support we wouldnt of had half the amazing day we had. So big thanks go to Sally Howell Nadine Hastings Gareth Hastings Donna Barnes Kim McCarthy Noreen Smith Graham Smith Nikki Hammond-Gritton Andrea Hall Kimberley Warner & Dave Warner But the biggest thanks for the day has to go to my amazing new husband Nigel Mattless Smith who is just simply the best.
