What an amazing outpouring of affection for my precious mother!!! Bless you all for taking a moment to extend your well wishes. She is awestruck by the lovely, kind comments and sincere regards from so many people, most of whom she doesnt even know. I showed her the post and comments after some yummy cake & ice cream. She just sat here and marveled…and who could blame her? This is a woman who didnt have electricity in her home until she was 14 years old and went to school in a cart drawn by a mule. Born in 1939, she has spent three quarters of a century watching the world change in ways she could never have imagined. Mom turned and said: There are greetings here from all over the world! Well, yes Mom…because you are loved all over the world. God bless you all for making her day MAGICAL! (She thinks cyberspace IS magic! I agree!)
