Booked my apartment. After filling up a multi dimensional excel sheet with pros and cons, price per sqft calculations, distance from vital interest points, presence and absence of amenities - I finally picked a unit that was the smallest floor plan Ive seen till now and certainly not the best price. I went on instinct. I picked it because I liked the view from the patio. It overlooked trees. :) Everything else I looked at overlooked someone elses patio :(. Or maybe if we got lucky - a parking lot :(. And to think - a view wasnt even a dimension in my excel sheet.. A wise friend once told me - If you cant decide, toss a coin. Not because itll make the right decision for you, but because in that moment that it is in the air, you ll know what you wish for it to be.
