What an awesome workout today. I decided to challenge myself with the Pi-Yo slides and Total Body Blast as I conclude month one of PIYO!! Wow what a workout. Really tests your strength but also gives you a great stretch. Here are some moves from the core section. All I can say is WOW, burn so good I cant get enough!! One of my favorite things about my workouts is then sharing awesome moves with yall LIKE if you enjoy my videos. And feel free to COMMENT if you want to see more of something!
