What an emotional day today, really should have taken my Clear Mood! Went to Church with some dear friends, and then had lunch with them afterwards. What a beautiful and amazing family. I hope they realize how blessed they are to have each other! Then I went to grab my boy from his moms and we watched a movie together sitting side by side. I realized that these moments are fading as he grows older and becomes more independent. I Love you James Thomas, youre my boy blue! Tonight I took a lot of pictures of my body. I sent them to my trainer who is walking this journey with me as I prepare to see what I can get this old body to achieve. As I went through and cropped the pictures, it was a sobering experience. I realize how unhappy I am with myself. I also realize how far I have come in the last year. It is quite the dichotomy of feelings tonight. And so, it is with some trepidation that I speak the next goal for my physical development. I WILL be on stage at the 2015 NPC Seven Feathers Classic competing for the chance to drag this old body onto a national stage and share my story of hope, transformation, and personal development with everyone I have the chance to encounter!
