What an nightmare weekend !!!!!! Ron hurt his back Thurs. came home at 5:30 pm for awhile put heat and ice on his back, took Ibuprofen, and went back to work because they are short handed, came home at 10 and could not stand his pain anymore. Up all nite Thurs. Was in the ER at 6 am at Cox South. Doctor gave him a shot and sent him home with 2 scripts. Shot wore off in 4 hours and meds were not even touching the pain. Another all nite awake with a man screaming in an excruciating pain could not get him up and had to call an ambulance. Back to the ER again, MRI and lab work this time. Different Doctor and he said the nerve endings at the bottom of the spine are inflamed and his 2 bottom vertebrate, the disc are completely gone and it is bone on bone. Gave him a shot went we got there and 4 shots before they discharge him. He was out most of the day and evening. We finally had a good nites sleep !!!!!!!! Thank You for our awesome neighbor Bill who pick us up at the hospital !!!!!!
