What are we doing when we dance? What are we doing when we dance with a prop or flow tool? These are a couple of ideas we will be opening up for discussion during our workshop this Sunday at the Three Days of Light Gathering. The workshop is entitled The full spectrum of flow and we hope to see you all there! This is open to everyone, you do not have to be an experienced hooper, staff, or poi spinner. If you enjoy dancing with a towel when you get out of the shower...this workshop is for you! Irijah Rivers and I will be performing throughout the festival and we will also have our vendor booth set up. So come by and check out our stuff! We will have tons of hoops, poi, staffs, rhythm sticks and fantastic upcycled apparel. Cant wait! See you all there!
