What crazy and interesting things life hands us at times! When I had my 6 month Doctor appointment recently, I learned I now weighed 147.8 lbs ... I was 162 lbs six months ago! AND, I learned I was now 5 8 tall ... I was 5 11 six months ago!! This medical problem which began on July 4th has definitely taken a toll on me which I certainly never expected. Thank goodness that surgery is ahead next month. It has been my choice to live with the 24/7 pain and NOT take the pain killer pills, but that damn constant pain has had my weight loss effect and I will have to put my mind to really gaining back the lost weight soon. I know I wont be able to get my normal height back and have to accept that. I feel like the incredible shrinking man. LOL THANKS TO ALL OF YOU WHO HAVE BEEN KEEPING ME IN YOUR POSITIVE THOUGHTS AND PRAYERS.
