What do I do with Elvis?:( This was Night 3 of a very bad night --- he did not sleep and all he did was pace, climb up on the bed and pace the bed and paw everything and he literally was everywhere on the bed. I couldnt get him to budge. Hed sit and then go to another part of the bed, stay the for a second and then he climbed all over me. He also made a mess out of half the kitchen. The benedryl isnt helping -- hes wide awake way after 10 pm and he follows me wherever I go; usually he is asleep by 9:30. Hes following me when I get out of bed and hes way too clingy, even now, at 6 am. Anybody out there have any natural remedies to get him to sleep? Im going to have to start shutting the door to the bedroom -- the kitchen doorway to the dining room is babygated and there is a door to the computer room, so all hed have access to at night is the kitchen. Plus this has to be bad for him --- who knows what else goes with night anxiety for a dog?
