What do you guys do with orders that come through asking for - TopicsExpress

What do you guys do with orders that come through asking for Christmas delivery even though you clearly state all over the place that its not going to happen? I have it plastered all over my policies, my shop announcement AND the listing they keep ordering from that I cannot guarantee Christmas delivery. I contact them as soon as I spot the order with XMAS PLS notes, but I guess they expect me to call Santa Clause for pickup or something. Most of them are not picking the Priority Mail option which might give them some hope of getting it in time and while Im usually feeling sporting the rest of the year and just eat the extra $.95 and upgrade them if they have unreasonable deadlines but with 20+ orders thats a chunk of change. Im running out of patience for polite responses.
