What do you guys think about this? I am all for encouraging people that everyone has their own method of losing weight, however I have never encouraged diet pills or quick fixes. I personally believe this will ruin the education of proper nutrition and keeping ones body in its optimal state of health. I understand that not everyone can mentally stick to it; but I do think that forming positive habits over time (easing yourself into a new lifestyle!) for a SUSTAINABLE weight loss will always be the way to go and is a lot easier to stick to.
