What do you think about this road rage story? Who...if anyone...should be charged? Charges have been dropped against one motorcyclist in an attack on an SUV driver in New York City. The driver says several motorcyclists surrounded him while he was driving, and after he bumped one of them accidentally, they began to pound on his windows and slash his tires. The driver panicked and hit some of the motorcyclists as he fled the scene - injuring one critically. The motorcyclists chased him and eventually caught up with him, pulling him from the vehicle and attacking him while his wife and child remained in the SUV uninjured.
