What do you when youve worked so hard at something for five years, but it is constantly stressful, demanding and hard work? When youre responsible for the care of vulnerable people but you cant recruit enough staff and so are working day in day out to cover everything? When it hasnt paid you a wage in five years because you started it from scratch and its taken years to grow? When youve spent five years trying to become a preferred provider of care with the local council and in August that happened, meaning the scope to grow a hugely successful care agency/business is in the palm of your hands? Im not normally one for being indecisive but I cant decide whether it is best to give it up........
