What does your food pyramid look like? are you still taking advice from decades old studies telling you to eat 4-6 meals a day with plenty of healthy grains and carbohydrates? Still think fat will make you fat? fueling your body on carbs for energy? Our bodies are unique and require some individualisation when it comes to the choices we make. Its time to do your own research/experiments to find out exactly what your body needs. Please dont follow guidelines from flawed studies done decades ago that did not produce hard evidence in the first place. We were just brain washed.
