What ever happened to the Police motto "To Protect and Serve" The Officers and their Supervisors did nothing to protect this man. Instead they broke their own policy and tasered him while he was standing on a roof. The violent reaction of being tased could have caused him to fall. Then when the Victum came off the roof under his own power the Police immeditly put him in a choke hold and continued to tase him. Then after cuffing his hands behind his back carried him with his arms behind his back with his arms supporting his body weight. Common sense will tell you carring a Human in this manner will cause unreaperable damage to the shoulder joints and rotator cuffs. Whats even worse is while carring the restrained Victum in this manner the caused his face to bounce off each and every stair step on the way down. Needless to say the Victum died from his injuries. The officers involved and their supervisiors should be tried for murder, but do we really think they will even receive a slap on the wrist? Very doubtfull. I prasise the good cops out there for what they do and the danger they put themselfs in every time they put on the uniform.
