What gives??? I guess the economy is booming! We are hiring and about 60% of our interview candidates do a no-show to the first interview. I have ads posted on KSL, LDS employment service, WSU Career services, the U career services, Weber and Davis Tech colleges as well as SLCC... KSL has been the only one to get me interviews which has lead to hires. Anyone have any recommendations on the best way to find quality employees? Its a great part time position paying around $15 to $20 an hour. It is door to door work, but no selling involved.
