What if What if Daniel was rescued just before having to go in - TopicsExpress

What if What if Daniel was rescued just before having to go in the lions den? What if Hananiah (Shadrach), Mishael (Meshach) and Azariah (Abednego) were rescued before going into the furnace? What if Joseph was rescued before his brothers put him in the pit and then him sold into slavery? What if Job was rescued before all the calamity fell upon him in body and spirit and heart? Partakers in sufferings with Messiah is not a bad thing, it blesses and it encourages, if it is done to the glory of Yahweh. We are blessed to know these accounts took place, and we are MORE blessed that they did take place because they lead to His greater plan. We say Here I am Lord, use me and I will surrender all for the glory of Yahweh but do we mean it? Pre trib rapture is a fantasy about us escaping such blessed sufferings and testings and enduring to the Glory of Yahweh and what of it when the fantasy is proven to be error by time and Yahwehs hand? How will those who depended on a rescue before such things react, un-prepped spiritually and confused? How will they endure in that confusion and despair of not being ready to face it? To endure it? To sing in the blessedness of what Yahweh has planned in and through it? His Glory, not our skin (flesh) is what this is truly about. Do we truly desire to be those who are never tested as the heroes of the faith, many before us, were tested to the Amazing Glory of Yahweh in us, in the extreme that truly brilliantly reveals Yahweh is Elohim over His people? Is it better serving to endure a furnace or to avoid it? Is it better serving to stand before ravenous lions in their den unharmed or avoid it? Is it better to never be touched by pain and adversity and loss as Job was touched and utterly focused on Yahweh through it, or avoid it? WHAT gives Yahweh more Glory, especially in the face of His enemies and His people? WHAT do we truly think this is all about? Us, or Holy Elohim and His Glory? We have to step back away from what we have been told and trained to believe by traditions of men, and seek the Scriptures as to what is Truth. (And AFTER these things...) What does Scripture say, forgetting what men said, Thus sayeth Elohim is all that matters, and Elohim will prepare us, equip us and protect us. Being rescued before hand is not what will occur, being those who Glorify, in spite of by their lives being used even unto death if need be, as LIVING sacrifices for His Glory is what we are told to prepare our hearts and minds for. All, ALL, things possible in Messiah, and with men, no, but with Yahweh, yes, all, ALL, things, even enduring the great tribulation, is possible. In His power and might and not by our own strength, and this is where we see His Glory! Shalom!
