What is a hero? It is someone that gives to others even though it puts them out immensely. It is someone that gives with no strings and not thinking of just their own well-being. It is someone that has infinite love for someone else. Who is my HERO? My grandson, Thomas McGee. This young man has done everything that he forcould for the last 14 months to get himself cleared as a kidney donor to me. This week we got the news and on Wednesday, June 19th, surgery is scheduled for our transplant surgery. Who is Thomas McGee? He is the most giving, thoughtful and loving grandson that could exist. Thanks for all your prayers and please keep Thomas and me in your prayers next week. Thomas, kidney or not, your grandma and grandpa love you more than anything.
