Another highlight of this tour was Madurodam, a miniature country which depicts all the important places, museums and buildings in Amsterdam. It amazing, with everything built on scale. At night , in winter ,they even switch on the lights in the buildings. It makes you feel like playing doll again in a magical place : Madurodam is al magisch, met al die kleine gebouwen en mini-mensen, maar in de winter doet het attractiepark er nog een schepje bovenop! After all these delights you need to treat yourself with something other than cheese - they call it stroop wafels. Its the best and are sold around every corner, freshly baked.
