What is journalistic integrity? What role does a journalist - or any of us - play when we share a posted video, especially when we do not know all the facts? What if something you posted as a journalist (or even as a civilian) so badly impacted another to the point of harm? Would you be sorry then? Would you delete it then? Would you acknowlege the part you played in the harm done to another? Would you realize that your post - or share - victimizes another? Would you? This is not a hypothetical situation. This has actually happened. The person responsible is now ignoring all calls to take the videos down and deleting all comments that ask for him to do so. He should do the right thing. Take them down.
