What is our society coming to? While driving, I pulled out into traffic. Now, anyone who has been with me driving, will attest that I dont cut out into traffic to where oncoming traffic feels they need to avoid or alter their driving. Now, when I pulled out into traffic, an older woman driving a Buick something accelerated (i had already accelerated to 10mph over the speed limit) and laid on her horn and made angry hand gestures at me. Now, me being the type of person I am, was hard pressed to not politely ask the woman if there was a problem, when we stopped at the traffic light. My question is: how do people feel so empowered to be such rude individuals while inside their car? And what would happen if I got out of my car and asked the woman if there was an issue?
