What is the deal with Charter and Error codes during movies. We were trying to watch Captain Phillips and keep getting a error message during the movie. It says to call customer support. We have to go through an intensive phone call lasting a long time - unplugging the cable box, rebooting, entering on demand, etc. finally it comes back on but in about 15 minutes it is off again and we have to call and go through the process again. This time the phone connection is so bad we cant seem to understand the technician. Because we have watched over half the movie but cant get it fixed tonight they offer to send a technician over sometime next week to take a look at the box, etc. and now my wife is having to discuss why they should credit our account because we didnt get to watch the movie but the customer service rep cant understand why we want a credit since we have seen half the movie and wasted about 40 minutes on the phone with them. WHO SHOULD WE CHANGE OUR SERVICE TO? cause I think I am definitely dropping charter. Frankly I get the idea they dont care.
