What is the deal with Niemanns? More specifically Rich Niemann! What kind of morals does a person have to not give any warning to his employees he is closing and they need to find another job? Even employees of years of service arent offered another position with either another County Market express store or one of the County Market stores! Maybe people need to start shopping at Hy-Vee, or Aldis and not support any of his other businesses. Sorry but that is really low Rich! And I always thought the Niemann family cared about their employees. Guess I was wrong! Not saying you maybe didnt need to close the store, but show some compassion and let your employees know and offer them positions in one of the other locations. Especially long time employees. Nobody walks into a business and says give me your keys and get out cause I am shutting the doors! Well, nobody with any compassion for people but guess that doesnt include him! And no, I dont work there, have no family that worked there, but I did shop there!
