What is this total rubbish of a 7 day ban, that is less time than some people wait for a car service/repair. For law breaking we should see the punishment as something that would act as a deterrent to other would be idiots. Whilst we have the celebrity slap on the wrist justice it makes a mockery of the whole system. The self absorbed Mr Fry, his late arrival at a gig would not have made a difference in the grand scheme of things, should also be fined as he was the one who encouraged his driver to break the law, it might wipe the grin off his face if like in some countries the fine was a percentage of ones wealth. The roads are dangerous enough under normal conditions, pathetic twits in high powered cars endanger others decent road users. With the number of road deaths on the up and reflecting on the deaths of four young girls in a road accident in Ireland yesterday, the pompous Mr Fry shows he has a low IQ when it comes to common sense.
