What is wrong with the parents these days? Who lets their child run around town bullying and terrifying others! Tonight I witnessed a parent fail their child, not only did they participate in the irresponsibility but they promoted it! I swear if my child had been there tonight and put in harms way you would have not seen the light of day! This city is getting violent, enough for a punk 13 year old to Cary a gun and flail it about for their own safety. I am ready to take action and prevent it from ever happening again. This is the 2nd time in 3 days I have feared for my life and Im ready to end it! You have messed with the wrong mama bear public! I will no longer look the other way and go about living in a pretend bubble! I thank the law enforcement for their efforts but we as a community have failed and its time to take action against VIOLENCE!
