What is your expectation for today? Are you expecting to succeed or to fail today? You might be surprised at the amount of people who expect to fail every day. If you have fear of ANY kind in you…then you have allowed a seed of failure to be planted in you. You see, fear is a trap of satan to stop you in your tracks from fulfilling the plan and purpose that God has for you. It will disqualify you. This is what happened to a majority of Gideon’s army in Judges 7:1-3. There were a couple of qualifications that the Lord required in order for this army to be powerful enough to defeat the Midianites. They had to be without fear and they had to be disciplined and ready. Fear will always dictate your decisions in your everyday life. Whether it’s on your job, in your marriage, disciplining your children and even what you believe in the Word of God. It will lead you down a road of disqualification in all of these areas if you allow it. But I’ve got Good News for you! In God’s plan - there was never expectation for you to fail! Psalm 34:4 says that when we seek the Lord (listen & obey) for all of these areas in our lives, He will hear us AND DELIVER US from ALL of our fears!!!! Whoo! Hoo!! God wants you to be strong and powerful – moving forward in fulfilling His perfect plan for your life. Don’t allow fear to get in your way! Have an Expectation to succeed today!
