What is your main Fitness Goal? To achieve sustainable wight loss,eating a healthier, leaner, and lower carb diet, combined with a fitness program which increasing your aerobic aactivities and includes training with light weights and complex movements is the best way to achieve permanent weight loss, while insuring that your body remain healthy and fit during the process. Fad diets successfully achieve temporary losses; however they dont train you or your body in how to maintain your new weight. As a result most people who try fad diets are unable to keep the weight off for more than a few months to a year. Please describe your current health and fitness level? If your health is in generally good condition and you feel tired or weak, or unfocused, or youre unhappy with your body shape, or youre overweight, there are a range of different types of training you can do to achieve your fitness goals. These range from focusing mainly on aerobics and diet in order to reduce weight, to weight-heavy workouts to increase muscle mass. What is your age range? At ages 15– 34 you should be working out at least 3 times per week including any sports youre currently engaging in.
