What makes an Oscar winning picture? To simply, for me, its basically four things; the story, or subject matter. How well was it written to convey the story. How beautifully was it shot. Who were the cast/ did they convey the story. If it was filmed during sunny weather - gorgeous locations and Meryl Streep starred in it- thats fifty percent of my requisites = a good film! Who knows what The Academys criteria are... do they even know? They throw all the ballots down a staircase... the furthest is the winner...
