What on earth is up with all the perfectly lovely photographs of food? Are there photographers who specialize in posing and shooting this stuff? I suppose there also must be gastronomical authors, who live to describe for us the difference between the souffle that is a religious experience and one that is thoroughly orgasmic. I must be growing up; Im able this morning to resist posting (almost) all the disparaging things Im thinking about these perfectly necessary people. However, if one of them crosses me today...all bets are off. For those who dont know me well, Im NOT growing up.
