Whatever form of exercise motivates you I think "great"! Wether you are a gym rat, outdoor enthusiast, runner, biker, crossfitter, yogini, dancer, swimmer, golfer, climber, skier, blah, blah..I think...AWESOME...just MOVE your body. Your mind and body will thank you. It feels great! I personally love being a crossfitter...it meshes with my personality and lifestyle. I know there are risks of injury, just as I know there are risks with skiing, biking ect. Take responsibility of your life, your health, your well being. I think diabetes, heart disease, and obesity should be of much larger concern than the likelihood of rhabdo. Egos in check people. Lovers not haters. Wishing for all to move and exercise in whatever form makes them happy and well!
