What someone away from Islam Shaykh ul Islam Muhammad bin Suleiman atm Tamimi said: Know that a ten things away from Islam. [They are:] 1 Allah سبحانه و تعالى to make in worship to the side. Allah سبحانه و تعالى says: إن الله لا يغفر أن يشرك به ويغفر ما دون ذلك لمن يشاء Verily, Allah does not forgive that other gods with Him aside. Yet He forgives what is less than that to whomever He wills [4: 116] إنه من يشرك بٱلله فقد حرم ٱلله عليه ٱلجنة ومأوٮه ٱلنار * وما للظلمين منأنصار Who is with Allah, Allah will forbid him the Garden, and the Fire will be his hostel. And the wrong-doers have no helpers. [5:72] This includes the sacrifice of animals for any jinn or graves. 2 Anyone who uses an intermediary between himself and Allah سبحانه و تعالى, whom he adores, of which he asks intercession and to whom he trusts, according to the matching view of the scholars has committed blasphemy. 3 Who does not hold the polytheists to unbelievers, or who has doubts about their disbelief, or who holds her life is right, has committed an act of unbelief itself. 4 If someones line of another for more complete than that of the Prophet صلالله عليه وسلم holds, or that of another for better than that of the Prophet صلالله عليه وسلم judgment, [then he has committed an act of unbelief itself.] This is exactly as it would make the rules and laws of false gods [be they human or otherwise] before which the Prophet صلالله عليه وسلم prefer. 5 If anything of what the Prophet has brought, not like, even if he acts accordingly, has made an act of unbelief. 6 Anyone who makes over any part of the religion of the Messenger of funny or joking, or about their reward or their punishment, an act of disobedience committed. The reason for this is found in Allah سبحانه و تعالى statement: قل أبالله وءاياته ورسوله كنتم تستهزئون لا تعتذروا قد كفرتم بعد إيمانك Say: Galt ye were mocking at Allah and His signs and His Messenger ? [9:65] Tried you do not have to apologize. You have disbelieved after you have believed. [9:66] 6 use magic [is an act of disbelief], this includes the magical incantations that are to someone another person to love or hate. Who is using it or whom I like, has committed an act of disbelief. Allah سبحانه و تعالى says in the Quran: وما يعلمان من أحد حتى يقولا إنما نحن فتنة فلا تكفر However, the two [angels] have taught anyone anything without them would have said: We are only for trial, so disbelieve will not [by learning this magic from us] [2: 102] 8 To support the idolaters and assist them against the Muslims [is a form of unbelief]. The proof for this is Allaah سبحانه و تعالى statement: ومن يتولهم منكم فإنه منهم إن الله لا يهدي القوم الظالمين Take not the Jews and the Christians for your protectors. They are each other protector. And who takes the protectors of you, truly belongs to them. Verily, Allah guides not a people unjust way. [5:51] 9 If someone believes that some people are exempt from the laws of Muhammad, as Khidr was exempted from the laws of Moses, then that person is a disbeliever / Kafir. 10th avert yourself from the religion of Allah سبحانه و تعالى, they do not learn or apply [is also a form of unbelief]. The proof for this is Allaah سبحانه و تعالى statement: ومن أظلم ممن ذكر بآيات ربه ثم أعرض عنها إنا من المجرمين منتقمون And who is more unjust than he who is reminded of the Signs of his Lord, then he turns away from them? Verily, We will take revenge on us sinners. [32:22] There is no difference at all to the quoted, whether the act was committed jokingly, seriously or fear. The only exception is the one who was forced. They all belong to the largest of dangerous deeds and they also are among those that occur most frequently. A Muslim must keep away from them and fear regarding such acts to themselves. We take refuge with Allah سبحانه و تعالى of what His anger and the pain causes His punishment.
